Manage Membership
If you would like to hold or cancel your membership, please read the relevant information below before submitting your request. All requests are processed in accordance with the terms and notice period applicable to your individual membership agreement.
You can manage your request using the form below.
Membership Holds
We understand there may be times when you need to take a break. For 12 week minimum term memberships, can be placed on hold for a maximum of 4 weeks total within any 12-month period, across a maximum of 2 holds. Each hold must be for a minimum of 2 consecutive weeks, and there must be at least 30 days between holds. Hold requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the requested start date and cannot be applied retrospectively. Your membership payments must also be up to date before a hold can commence. During an approved hold, your membership payments will pause and will automatically resume when your hold ends. If you choose to return earlier than your scheduled return date, your membership will be reactivated and normal payments will resume. If you are still within your minimum membership term, your minimum term will be extended by the length of your hold. For example, a 2-week membership hold will extend your minimum membership term by 2 weeks.
Summer Hold Blackout Period
Membership holds are not available from 20 December to 18 January inclusive each year. Membership fees will continue as normal throughout this period.
Cancelling Your Membership
Cancellation requests must be submitted using the Membership Hold & Cancellation Form below and will be processed according to the minimum term and cancellation notice period applicable to the membership agreement you entered into when joining. Following completion of the minimum term, 28 days' written notice is required to cancel your membership. Your membership remains active throughout your notice period, so you're welcome to continue attending classes and using the services included in your membership. Normal membership payments will continue throughout the notice period, including any scheduled payments falling within that period. If your membership agreement specifies a different cancellation notice period, the notice period stated in your individual membership agreement will apply. Membership payments already made are non-refundable. If you are still within your minimum membership term, your membership cannot ordinarily end before completion of that term.
Cancelling While Your Membership Is on Hold
A membership cannot remain on hold during a cancellation notice period.
If you submit a cancellation request while your membership is on hold, the hold will end and your applicable cancellation notice period will commence. Your normal membership fees and membership access will resume for the duration of your notice period. Note that if you choose to cancel your membership whilst on hold, the 30 day cancellation policy still applies and your membership will resume for 30 days.
Submit a Hold or Cancellation Request
Please complete the Membership Hold & Cancellation Form below to request a membership hold or cancel your membership. Submitting a cancellation request does not remove any outstanding membership fees or amounts already due under your membership agreement. Once your request has been processed, MOVE Women will confirm your approved hold dates or final membership date by email.
