Our Classes
BUILD x BURN
Strength + Conditioning.
Our signature functional fitness class intentionally blends strength and conditioning in a dynamic, engaging way through a structured 8-week block.
Expect a mix of strength work and athletic movements, paired with fun and effective conditioning that helps you move well and build a body that supports you in real life.
The beauty of BUILD x BURN is it’s flexibility, with A and B options provided– you can choose a lower-impact option when needed, while still progressing and keeping injury prevention at the core.
Our coaches guide and encourage you every step of the way, ensuring safe technique, appropriate intensity, and the confidence to challenge yourself at your own pace.

BELL x BOX
Functional Strength + Boxing.
Sweat out the stress of the day with our high-energy, empowering class that combines functional fitness with boxing.
Programmed around barbell, kettlebell, and dumbbell blocks, this session develops strength, power, and control, with boxing used to elevate fitness, coordination, and endurance.
Expect a dynamic mix of strength training and boxing conditioning throughout the session—designed to build a strong, capable body while improving overall athletic fitness in a fun, engaging way.
Functional fitness combined with the energy and flow of boxing, will leave you feeling strong, energised, and refreshed.
Our coaches guide you through each session, ensuring safe technique and effective movement. Suitable for all fitness levels– even if you’ve never worn a pair of boxing gloves before.

SOCIAL SATURDAYS
Connect & Move Together.
Social Saturdays are all about training together, building connection, and bringing energy into the weekend.
Each session combines strength and conditioning in team-based formats—think partner work, AMRAPS, group circuits, relays, and challenges designed to get you moving, working together, and having fun while still getting a solid workout.
This is where everything comes together. A chance to move well, push yourself, and apply what you’ve been building throughout the week in a more dynamic, social environment.
Come solo or bring a friend—this class is supportive, inclusive, and motivating for all fitness levels.
Held every Saturday, with the last Saturday of each month open for members to bring a friend (limited spots available).
BUILD
Strength-Focused Training.
BUILD is our strength-focused class designed to help you create a strong, capable body for life.
These sessions focus on progressive technique development and strength building through structured 8-week programs. With a slower, controlled approach, BUILD prioritises quality movement, helping you develop strength, stability, and confidence under load.
Each class is structured into focused blocks, combining key compound lifts with targeted accessory work to build strength, skill, and resilience.
Sessions alternate between upper, lower, and full-body splits—designed to progressively build strength and power over time.
Our coaches provide hands-on guidance throughout each session, ensuring correct technique and safe, effective lifting.
This is strength training with purpose—building a body that lasts.
BASE
Core + Pelvic Floor Focused Mat-Pilates.
BASE is our foundational mat Pilates class designed to rebuild and strengthen your core, pelvic floor, and full-body stability — creating a strong foundation for how you move and feel every day.
Suited for postnatal mums, those returning to exercise, or anyone wanting to improve core strength, posture, and movement quality, BASE prioritises control, breath, alignment, and mindful activation over intensity or load.
This low-impact, intentional class takes a corrective, technique-focused approach — helping you reconnect with your body, refine movement patterns, and build strength from the inside out.
BASE meets you where you are, supporting you to move forward with strength and confidence.
Postnatal clients are fully supported with tailored modifications and guidance; however, you do not need to be postpartum to attend. This class is suitable for women at all stages.
