MOVE Women’s Gym is a brand-new women’s-only gym opening in Silverdale.

We’re creating a space where women feel strong, confident, and supported at every stage of life.

Our studio will offer a diverse timetable including strength and conditioning, functional training, Pilates, boxing, and postpartum Pilates rehab, along with an onsite crèche to support mothers in prioritising their health.

We’re currently building an incredible team of women who will be the heartbeat of MOVE.

We are looking for passionate group fitness coaches, personal trainers, crèche carers, and a women’s health physiotherapist to join us.

Current Opportunities

Group Fitness Coach

We’re looking for passionate and experienced group fitness coaches to help us build a strong and welcoming community from day one. Ideally, you’ll have experience in strength and conditioning, with the ability to confidently coach women in a supportive and encouraging environment. Bonus if you have experience in boxing or mat Pilates.

If you specialise strongly in one area, we would still love to hear from you.

About you:

  • Personal training qualification

  • Current First Aid certificate

  • Confidence coaching women of all ages and stages, including mums

  • Ability to support both beginners and experienced members in the same class

  • Positive energy, professionalism and warmth

  • Experience with safe pre and postnatal training is highly valued


Personal Trainer

We are seeking motivated personal trainers who enjoy helping women achieve their individual goals through personalised coaching and support.

This role may include one-on-one training, small group coaching, and supporting members in our gym space.

About you:

  • Personal training qualification

  • Current First Aid certificate

  • Have experience coaching women with different fitness levels, including mums

  • Confidence coaching women of all ages and stages, including mums

  • Experience with safe pre and postnatal training is a bonus


Mat Pilates Instructor

We are hunting for a Pilates instructor who has experience in pre-postnatal mat pilates. The program and coaching is programmed by a qualified pelvic floor physiotherapist but you have the ability to be a part of the program planning. If you are a qualified pelvic floor physiotherapist who is confident taking small group sessions we’d love to hear from you too.

About you:

  • Mat Pilates Qualification or Degree Qualified Physiotherapist

  • Current First Aid certificate

  • 3+ years experience with postnatal pilates rehab


Women’s Health Physiotherapist

We are searching for a Women’s Health Physiotherapist to contract to MOVE Women’s Gym and see clients out of our dedicated practitioner room. You will be a key part in our postpartum pilates program.

About you:

  • Qualified Physiotherapist with additional Women’s Health experience

  • Current First Aid certificate

  • 3+ years experience with postnatal pilates rehab

You could choose to work from the studio 2-5 days per week depending on your preferences.


Crèche Carers

Our gym includes a small onsite crèche to support mothers who want to prioritise their health while knowing their little ones are cared for.

We are looking for warm, responsible carers who genuinely enjoy spending time with children.

About you:

  • Experience working with babies and young children

  • Be reliable, patient and nurturing

  • Hold a current First Aid certificate (or be willing to obtain one)

  • Bonus if you hold an ECE qualification or are currently studying early childhood education
